l am currently working on a route (outdoor Bouldering) called ''idiots roof'' that is a V7. Once l complete it, it will be my first ever completed V7 route. The problem is, once l get over the lip of the overhang, there is about a 2 foot Dyno you have to do to get to the next hold. And once you get it, its a peice a cake from there. But, Im in a position every time where both of my feet are in heel hooks and im only using 2 fingers on my right hand and 3 on my left because the only 2 holds are so small. There for, l cant get enough momentum from my feet because of the heel hooks and l cant get enough from my hands because the grips are so small that if l lean back ill fall. Is there any way l can get momentum to get to the hold? Maybe a different part of my body l can use or a stunt? thanks in advance :)

l am not an expert when it comes to dyno's, but u r not going to make a move like that unless u have some push from one of ur legs - ur hands can only guide ur direction as u throw for the next hold.

The answer is almost always body position - try moving to one side or the other until u feel that one of ur feet can be moved. Getting one of ur feet in a better position may allow u to line up for the push u need to throw to that jug that is going to take u to the top.
