is u were on a mountain at high altitude say a skiing mountain would a packet of chips ''pop'' because of the change of pressure? and if u had a tube of moisteriser and u opened the lid at the top of the mountainwould id squess out?coz of pressure?

The bag of chips might due to the fact that it may have been sealed at or near sea level.

The tube of moisturizer would not squeeze out as you open it because as you open it up, the pressure equalizes quickly.

Actually, odds are that the packet of chips wont pop. Lets say the chips were packaged at 1000m and you climb a mountain of 3000m. The pressure difference will not be enough to pop it as the packet has a small amount of stretch and will compensated slowly as u climb. So unless u end up climbing Everest with a packet of chips that was sealed below sea level, you should be safe.

Moisturiser bottles usually arent totally are-tight so the pressure should compensate slowly.
