is it illegal for me to climb a tree around the neighbourhood if l feel like it?

If it is city property.not sure.

If it is a neighbors.ask first.

If it is yours.who cares?

Unless the tree is owned by someone and they've got a problem with you being on their property, then l do not see why it should be.

depends on if it is on public property, someone else is property. If law enforcement deems it reckless behavior or causing a public disturbance it could be.

Is it on someone else is property? If so, you're trespassing on their property (which is illegal) unless u have explicit permission from them.

If it is on city property, then it is not quite so clear, but the city may have some vague ''misuse of city property'' statute that could be used against it on the grounds that u can do some damage to the tree. (Also, if u fell & got hurt, & the city had allowed u to climb, someone might try to make a claim against the city for failing to try to stop you.)

Basically, u really only have the right to climb ur own trees on ur own property.

it might be if it`s not in your yard or you don`t have permission if it`s in someone elses yard it could be considerd trespassing

if it is a mango tree.

if that tree is of your neighbour, then it is bad thing but not illegal.
