you can be climbing naked somewhere out in the desert. your weenie will be peeking out thru the hole the whole time therefore ready to pee at anytime. how cool is that?!

why not buy wide fronts with the spilt in the middle so you can poke it out and go then. its like a passege on your pants !!or just push your pants to the side, over your shorts! and then go!

Did not ur mother teach u to always wear clean underwear in case u got in an accident? What if u were to fall & needed to go to the hospital?

How do u ''aim down'' when u r not climbing? l am assuming that u wear boxers or briefs then.so it is not the underwear that is the problem.

If u r rock climbing (or mountaineering), u need to worry more about how to perform bodily functions when wearing a harness. It is not so bad for the guys (you would have to loosen up the belt a little to get little johnnie out)..but for girls (or for pooping), one has to undo the leg loops on the harness & squat. You may want to consider buying a pair of pants or shorts that have a zipper that does all the way down the back or that has a ''back door like the old fashioned long johns.

For solid waste u should use a poop bag to collect it (including toilet paper) & carry it with u until u can dispose of it. Big wall climbers use a big piece of PVC pipe (capped) to poop in. Gone r the days were one can fling the bag down the wall (gross!).

Of course, all of this should be done with the utmost safety, with u anchored in or belayed.
