Of course u can contact the manufacturer & try to get it replaced but usually it is more practical to buy a new one on sale for the difference in price, still worth checking.

Most larger cities have shops that carry foams in a variety of sizes & thickness u can buy by the piece, these people supply upholstering mainly. You may find something in one of these shops that seems the same as what u have in a large enough piece to cut to size.

Keep in mind that the dynamics of what you're buying r most likely different that what u had, this may not be a big deal but try to get a feel for it.

The better crash pads use engineered foams designed to handle impacts in a certain way (usually two kinds that work together), you're trying to emulate that is the main thing.

You could buy a new one, but you should be able to get it fixed quite inexpensively at an upholstery shop.

l replaced my foam at a custom matress shop - they had different densities of foam and they cut it to match the original dimensions for no extra charge. l used a softer on one side and a more dense foam on the bottom and it turned out great - a little expensive though.
