It depends on the situation. Usually l make it a rule not to quit a job until l have another one. What type of job do you do ? How are you treated at your job ? Physical exercise is always good to do no matter what job you do !

All jobs r hopeless, mere distractions from the real purpose of life, & that is to fulfill ur soul, to allow ur thoughts to meander & arrive at new conclusions about mundane things.

A lot of sports & outdoor activities let u run through ur thoughts & balance things out emotionally to support having to deal with the obvious conflict of making human endeavors only relate to cash.

The advantage of physical training is that u r in control of it, it is easy to tell where u r with training & performance, & u can follow ur passion much easier than most jobs allow.

But, if u like what u do & just r not real good at it, then maybe get some training on the side, expand ur skills that relate to the job, it may work out but u have to want to enough to put in the extra effort.
