Alright climbers, back from Spain a week now. I am telling ye the place is amazing, if you went over there with a friend you could easily spend two or three months just climbing. There is a good blend of people from all over the world passing through the area at any give time as well, so you've got people to chat with. l was just starting to push 6c french grade, but not quite yet. l was tempted to just stay there in the refugio and try and find other climbers looking for partners, but sense won over in the end. If ye do decide to go I'd advise staying in the refugio, even if you're a bit old for squating it in bunk beds in a hostel, they've got appartments and a campsite aswell. There is a slack line in the living room, there is a climbing wall, a pool a fire with sofas around it, The place is just simply amazing. Go!!!

l have been in El Chorro and l will come back there for sure.
l agree with You Garion: El Chorro is fantastic !

First of all is very easy to go there, even if without the car: You can fly to Malaga, Granada, Siville and the take the train directly to the bar 100 meters close to the rifugio.
Then, hiking for 15-60 minutes, You arrive to all the crags.
