Are there any non-technical routes to the summit of Seneca Rocks in West Virginia

If l remember correctly there is a hikers trail to a vantage point on the northern peak (left of the gun sight) But l do not believe there is any route that does not require technical climbing experience Where you can traverse the entire formation. The old ladies route is a 5.4 and is l believe the easiest route to the summit of the south peak (to the right of the gun sight)

l would suggest getting a route guide book for the area (Falcon Guide Book) or looking on a web guide (like supertopo.com) which has listings for your area. These would give important information like route description, gear needed, difficulty, etc.
