Live in Maryville, TN and looking to do some rock climbing. What are so good places to check out around this area?

There is tons of places to climb near Wartburg in the vicinity of Obed River. Check the link for rock climbing places in Eastern Tennessee. Tennesee is blessed with thousands of rock routes, more than most US states. There is plenty to do in the state without having to travel to another.

Tennessee has some of the best bouldering & rope climbing in the southeast.

If u r looking for some rope climbing u will find at least a dozen great places around the Chattanooga area. My favorites r Foster Falls(jasper) & Obed(wartburg)

A great resource for all the climbing areas in Tennessee would be the Dixie Cragger. Go to REI.com & search for dixie cragger. You will find a ton of climbing areas in there.

For bouldering check out Stonefort which is in Chattanogga.
