Has anyone climbed ice already this year?

Ah l am still not quite there yet. l will be tryin it in Ice Factor in Scotland at Easter. And a couple of the guys will be doing some ice routes around the Grampian mountains, on the Nevis l think, l wanna do it so bad though.

l have a couple of friends waiting to fly into Antarctica - they are skiing to the South Pole.

l do not think that counts as climbing ice, but.

nope, how did l get into this question and answer area. yikes, their climbing ice in here.. l live near where people rock climb and there are lots who did not make it this year. l can not even imagine ice climbing.. oh my gosh, gonna cry. maybe they call this iceafallingphobia
